These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership with PlayerFirst (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to all users who register via https://www.playerfirst.co.uk (“Website”). By signing up for membership, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.
By subscribing to a PlayerFirst membership, you agree to a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the date of registration. You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time, but the minimum duration of six months remains in effect from the original start date.
Membership fees will be automatically charged on a monthly basis to the payment method you provide at registration. By joining, you authorize us to collect these recurring payments without requiring additional consent for each charge.
Within Initial 6 Months: If a payment is missed during the initial six-month commitment period, this will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including pursuing outstanding fees and terminating access to services.
After 6 Months: If a payment is missed after the six-month minimum term, your membership account may be suspended until payment is made.
PlayerFirst provides a community chat feature (“Player2Player”) designed for professional and respectful communication between members.
Abuse, hate speech, or discriminatory language—including racism, sexism, or other offensive behavior— will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Any breach of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the chat and/or the entire platform, at our sole discretion.
PlayerFirst acts solely as a facilitator by providing access to contact information and opportunity listings between players and clubs.
All agreements, trials, contracts, or deals made between players and clubs are independent legal contracts between those parties.
PlayerFirst is not a party to and assumes no responsibility for the terms, execution, or consequences of these agreements.
PlayerFirst provides access to gym plans, field training programs, nutrition guides, and psychological support materials, all created by qualified professionals.
These resources are intended to be followed exactly as instructed and used in a safe, responsible manner.
Misuse, alteration, or inappropriate application of these plans, particularly in a way that results in injury or health issues, is the sole responsibility of the member. PlayerFirst shall bear no liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use.
PlayerFirst reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We also reserve the right to terminate memberships in cases of serious breach of these Terms.
